Lettings Negotiator x 2

We are currently looking for two experienced Lettings Negotiator to work in our busy and highly successful lettings department in Manchester. The successful candidate will be required to fulfil the following duties:
- Actively build up the company’s brand and profile in the market.
- Taking telephone enquires from prospective tenants and landlords
- Meeting and greeting prospective Tenants and Landlords in office
- Carrying out Viewings
- Marketing of properties through websites, property lists and window displays.
- Administering paperwork for valuations, viewings & lets.
The ideal candidate will be able to manage a demanding workload with minimal supervision and be customer orientated. Excellent communication skills and customer service skills are essential.
The package is entirely negotiable but above market rate to attract the best and great career prospects await the right two Individuals.
Knowledge of CFP is preferred but not essential. The ability to drive a business forward is of the utmost Importance within this role.

Lettings Administrator

We are currently looking for a experienced Administrator to assist the lettings team. You will have an eye for detail & have excellent accuracy skills. You will be confident on all aspects of Microsoft Office including some knowledge of Excel. Applicants must be looking for a long term career move & must be a team player.
